What to expect from the firewalking training?

Four firewalking events that will give you hands-on experience in leading and guiding participants in your future events
Engaging in spiritual practices designed to deepen self-awareness, foster resilience and awaken your inner strength
Comprehensive knowledge and guidance on all aspects of firewalking - from safety to group leadership - required to become an instructor
Receive either a Certificate of Attendance or an Instructor Certification that will allow you to organise your own firewalking events

Firewalking of different lengths and setup
Walking on broken glass blindfolded
Arrow breaking with your throat (yes, REAL sharp-pointed arrows!)
Board breaking
Rebar bending with a partner
Trust fall from 1.5 meters + your height
Flaming ball

Additional details

All participants are required to attend a pre-training online call to discuss course goals, evaluate their readiness and receive answers to any questions they might have.
Three optional online sessions will be held before the training, allowing participants to get to know their peers.
Accommodation and catering options are available upon request (not included in the training price), so you can fully focus on the training experience

Meet your certifying instructors

The training will be led by two internationally recognised firewalking Masters Mārtiņš Vecvanags and Duka Nagy. Both have trained with Tolly Burkan, the founder of the modern firewalking movement, as well as many other world-renowned teachers.

Mārtiņš earned his Master’s title in 2016 in Bali, and is the Co-founder and leader of the Firewalk Gathering - an annual event for global firewalking professionals. He’s also a Board member at the Global Firewalking Association. Since then, he has led hundreds of firewalking events across four continents, working with groups of all sizes and backgrounds.

Duka has facilitated Firewalking Instructor Trainings (FITs) in the UK and the USA, helping others to harness the power of firewalking to overcome fear and unlock their potential.

Having walked over the coals hundreds of times, both have refined their expertise in guiding others through this transformative experience. Each brings their unique approach to this firewalking instructor training, ensuring an immersive and deeply personal journey for every participant.
